All the abstract submissions must be completed via conference system before the deadline. Please first create your own account to proceed with the submission. Before the deadline, any submitted abstract can be edited within the system.

 

 

Rules & Regulations

 

Before submitting any abstract, you are requested to read the rules and regulations.

 

1. Abstract(s) may not have been published previously at the time of submission of the conference.
2. The copyright of the abstract(s) is assigned to Taiwan Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (TAPMR) and Asia-Oceanian Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (AOSPRM).
3. Any conflict with any other scientific association will be the sole responsibility of the author(s).
4. All abstracts that are published, including figures and tables, are the property of Taiwan Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (TAPMR) and Asia-Oceanian Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (AOSPRM)​, and are protected by copyright.
5. The AOCPRM 2027 Scientific Committee reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations.

Abstract Guidelines

 

1. All abstract(s) MUST be submitted in English, including the title, text body and author’s affiliations.
2. Only abstract submitted via the conference system will be considered.
3. Authorship: Each quoted author should have contributed substantially to represented work in terms of:
   
   1. Oral presentation
   2. Poster with Oral Summary
   3. Poster presentation
4. Presentation type: Poster or Oral.
5. Size: The size of each abstract shall NOT be more than 350 words (including body of abstract and spaces).
6. Figures:
   
   1. Upload of pictures/graphics is only possible as jpg file and each picture/graphic maximum size 2MB.
   2. Upload of the maximum of 5 pictures/graphics is allowed for each submitted abstract.
   3. A collage of multiple pictures is NOT allowed, because of readability.
7. Authors: Type full last name and first name of all authors, only omitting any title, degrees, and institutional affiliations. Each abstract is permitted with 10 co-authors, including a maximum of 1 presenting author.
8. Affiliation: Type the name of the department, institution, city and country in English.
9. Body of the abstract: Please format each abstract using the following structure:
   
   1. Background and aims
   2. Materials and Methods
   3. Results
   4. Conclusions
10. Editing: Abstract bodies will be published as submitted. After submission deadline, there is no possibility to edit the abstract anymore.
11. Withdraw Abstract(s): If you want to withdraw the abstract, please send an e-mail before September 15th, 2026 to info@aocprm2027.org.
