Please note that the registration fees are processed in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). For reference, the exchange rate between USD and TWD is approximately 1USD : 30NTD. The actual amount charged to your card may vary depending on your bank's prevailing exchange rate and any applicable foreign transaction fees.

Accompanying person has access to the exhibition, poster areas and the coffee break.
Photo Release Policy
Registration implies agreement with Conference photo/video release policy which allows the Conference photographer, videographer and invited media contacts to photograph or videotape participants at the meeting and publish the footage in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials related to the meeting.
Methods of payment
Payments should be made by credit card in the registration system. If you encountered any problems during the payment process, please kindly contact the Secretariat at: info@aocprm2027.org.
Official Invitation
The official invitation letter will be available to download via the registration system after the registration is made.
Cancellation & Refund
All scientific registrants, including those presenting a poster and oral, must register as full participant and pay the relevant registration fees. Registration will not be confirmed until the committee has received the respective registration fee. To register, please fill in the online registration form.
- All cancellations of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the Conference Secretariat by email at info@aocprm2027.org. Cancellation ofregistration received on or before February 15th, 2027:100% refund (deduct an administration fee of less a NT$1500). Cancellationof registration received after February 15th, 2027, will not be accepted. Refund for cancellations will be made within three months after the Conference.
- Paid registration fee is not refundable after the stipulated date for whateverreasons including failure of obtaining VISA.
- The registration is NOT transferable under any circumstances.
